SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at shreeappliancesandphoneservices.com.au Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 24 hrs. Orders will be also shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

shreeappliancesandphoneservices.com.au ships to addresses within Bathurst. We also Deliver Outside Bathurst Town But Delivery Charges Apply. All the deliveries within Bathurst are free of cost. For orders outside Bathurst, shipping charges will be calculated and emailed after checkout.

Please allow between 24 hours for your order to arrive. If more than 48 hours have passed please email us at shreeappliance2@gmail.com to track the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders received will be dispatched within 24 hours after the order is placed. Orders received outside Sydney will take an additional 2–4 days.

Damages: shreeappliancesandphoneservices.com.au is liable for the appliances damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim or the Customer can reject the delivery.

This shipping policy is applicable for both used and Brand-New items.

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy for Used Appliances

EXCHANGE: In case of the product turns out fault or any defects in working conditions you can exchange for a similar product, or return it For the Refund. Just send us an email for exchange. If you contact us within 24hrs of your appliance delivery, the appliance will be picked up by our delivery team on a return request.

Our policy lasts 30 days for used appliances. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return the Appliances will be first inspected by our technician and Repaired if the issue is minor. The customer will be sent a replacement on the customer’s advice or a refund will be processed if needed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return request is deemed unreasonable, our normal replacement services apply within 30 days from delivery. You can still request a return, but a 20% re-stocking fee will apply, provided the products are returned according to these conditions.

After 30 days we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Return Policy for Brand New Appliances.

If you contact us within 24 Hrs of your appliance delivery, you can arrange it to be exchanged for a similar product, or return it for a credit towards your next appliance purchase. Just send us an email for exchange.

Our policy lasts 12 Months for Brand New appliances. If 12 months have gone by since your order was received, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Appliances Online are entitled to charge a restocking fee if the products are not returned like new, such as:

Where the product has been heavily used, showing wear and tear

Where the returned item is missing parts or product accessories including manuals

In the case of small items, where the item is damaged due to not being properly packaged by the customer for its return shipment

After 14 days but within 30 days from delivery, you can still request a return, but a 20% re-stocking fee will apply, provided the products are returned by these conditions.
